I once had a dream of having a custom resing of Reelworld’s RFM package for a local station in Delfino Island, Dolphin FM. I told them I wanted the cuts to have different lyrics and a new sonic logo, based on the KOIT jingles they’ve been airing for 2 decades. (they used to use Lite Touch from Thompson circa early-2000s)

I was in charge of the station’s imaging producer and wrote the lyrics for the new custom IDs, and here’s how they sound like:

I had a weird dream last night where WDVD received a custom ReelWorld package called “Today’s Best Hits 4.” It had an instrumental style similar to their KOST packages with solo vocals (including light harmonies) like their new 101.5 Lite FM package, and their call letter logo melody was the same as the station’s custom TM package from a few years back.

My dreams have gone jinglemad again this month:
1. In one dream, I heard an alternative version of the BBC Radio Norfolk package from Stewart Orr Sound Services (I always thought it was from Alfasound!)
2. Last night’s dream had a custom package what WKLR commissioned for Alfasound, using the same logo as Centre Radio. I don’t know if WKLR’s “We belong together, you and WKLR” jingle was originally produced for Centre Radio, or if it was a custom made alternative to Centre Radio’s one, I heard that Centre Radio had a 2nd jingle package produced by Alfasound but I’m not sure if any Jinglemadder has it.

You know what’s crazier than hearing radio jingles in your dreams? Hearing about radio jingle collectors, because Pete Wilson (UKJingles) appeared in my dream last night!

I once had dreamt of remastering Alfasound’s Classic Gold package for Dolphin FM’s sister DAB channel, Dolphin Gold which features songs from the 60s to 80s.
It has the same slogan as Dolphin FM, ‘CLassic Songs, All Time Hits, Dolphin Gold’. The vocal group consists of 4 males and 3 females, and the cuts were done by, you guessed it, AudioLabs based in Tigerlake. Apparently, Audiolabs used to be an Alfasound representative there until 1997.

November 7th 2023 – Last night, I had a dream where TM iJingles apparently did Alfasound resings, resings of Trent 2, DevonAir and Invicta 1 were produced, and I heard them in an iJingles Fall 2023 Sampler.

2 radio jingle-related dreams I had this week:
1. Pete Wilson was mentioned in one of my dreams again, apparently in another water park, this time themed to him! One part of the water park was sponsored by Google to celebrate Pete Wilson making a jingle song about them, though it was actually Ben Freedman who did the JingGoogle.
2. A few of the Piccadilly Radio Alfasound-Tapetrix jingles were playing in some sort of museum I was at.

All these weird dreams i first thought were a bit strange and blamed it on the side effects of the Covid Vaccination/Boaster..I mean I’ve had 2 boosters this year so I know some of the side effects..But luckily the judge let me off with just a warning!!😁
BUT then I had a Dream last night which featured the Only Real Doctor Who and Kenny Everett and luckily I managed to record it……….. 😂

Unfortunately for us the fuss of hearing radio jingles in dreams is back, because I heard one in my dream last night!

It was a resing of Centre Radio’s main theme from Alfasound for a radio station under the name “Taikyu Radio”. “Taikyu” sounds Japanese but I think it was a British radio station, and I personally like the WKLR version better than the Centre Radio version.
