Jon gave us an excellent insight into Y-100 jingles on this week’s Rewound Radio show. The cuts played were well-worth putting together quickly into a montage – this is an off-air (off-steam) montage – I certainly had no idea that Y-100 had such a range of packages.

I was lucky enough to hear Y-100 in July 1991, while driving around Miami in a hire car. I don’t think the radio left Y-100, once it had been found. Maybe to the station on 102.7 (WMXJ?) that had Thompson cuts.

Sadly I get the message, “This track was not found. Maybe it has been removed.” when I cut an paste the link in my browser.

As the track is set to private, you will need to create a private/secret share link and post that.

The S/c “private” mode hasn’t worked (on JM’s system at least) for quite a while now – I tried before to get the S/C admin
to say how to make it work again and just got a bollox reply.

If something works, “why break it, S/c?”
