      Anyone want to know who the real voice is during that jingle moment?

      I doubt there’s a jingle geek on here who DOESN’T know…even without hearing it at half-speed. Just seems obvious to me!

                Its been a long time since I’ve seen a website that can be “wandered around” up and down at sub-levels like that!
                Hope your protection software is good Noah.

                PS – I know you’ve probably done certain filenames phonetically, however its Barry Carman not Berry Carmin :^)

                  Thanks for the correction. I should have picked up on that misspelling but I didn’t. I got the mp3 files from a friend of mine, and I kept the incorrect spelling that was originally on the files. Fixing that now.

                  As for protection software, I’m hoping it’s secure too LOL. I’m semi-confident in the protections I’ve put in place, but I am by no means a seasoned webmaster. I guess I’ll be learning as I go.

                      Allan (Sniffen) did play some NEW jingles that Jon (JAM) had produced for him & played Jon’s “explanation” of the origin of the WABC Chime. I have a recorded copy (approx 40 minutes–then “Rewound Radio” Automation kicked in…)–if anyone’s interested…

                                      listened to in real time, especially 1/2-hour say or more.

                                        Someone needs to send a PAMS Series 34A or 34B demo to Allan. That “brand new jingle” at 8:08 is in fact a re-sing! It’s a REALLY good one, but a re-sing nonetheless. Same goes for the Series 36A jingle at 12:19. I’ve always loved that Contempra package!

                                          The problem with the DL option is that it’s limited to (I think) only 100 downloads.

                                            I can’t see 100 people wanting to downloading it via link on jinglemad, and not many would randomly want to download it simply coming across it by accident on SoundCloud.
                                            Regardless, a free file hosting service like upload.ee or zippyshare, or dropbox are alternate ways to share it unlimited.

                                              I can tell you that I’ve made jingles available for DL on SoundCloud without promoting them ANYWHERE…and those 100 go fast. (I don’t even have many followers on there!)

                                                Wasn’t aware the DL function was “capped” !

                                                When I upload to S/c for JM linking, I set it “private” and only put the link on here.

                                                Even with that I find total strangers “apparently” “Liking” my audio – but there’s a lot of
                                                “buy a like” promoters out there on S/c, who I just block.

                                                  A number of my soundcloud files have maxed out at 100 downloads.
                                                  Probably teaching granny to suck eggs here Iain, there are websites and browser plugins that will give you soundcloud download function (just depends on how wary you are about using such things).

                                                    I don’t generally use services like that because they have a tendency to give you audio files that are lower quality than the original.

                                                      Agreeing with Jonno, some of the S/c downloaders I’ve tried before have either “disappeared”
                                                      or were dodgy to use, or indeed got intercepted by my (paid for) security software.

                                                      If something is a short audio post, I’ll record it in realtime with an audio editor and play later
                                                      and/or keep. The big files I have to hope that the DL mode is enabled.
