I feel greatly humbled to have had JMW “do” a bit from my Collection, by including some of the WHO Des Moines
cuts from my earlier days of collecting tapes directly from stations around the world.

I never expected Jon to even mention my WHO, never mind do a whole big “feature” based upon it!

And the excellent “history lesson” of the Roy Ross material and the original company.

And the WINY story! A refreshing attitude. WDRC, WABC.

Jon’s “knowledge” of his industry and even almost every cut (“double speed flutes” !!!) is astounding!

I too still hope to “replace” whats left of my crumbling 40+ year-old-plus reels with “digital source”
copies; the KenR Collectors CD days were a tremendous help though :^)
