I’m not sure which jingle you heard, but I know of two packages they had.
According to my records:
One was NEW YORK FAN. JAM. I’m pretty sure this was on 570.
The other was BIG TIME 2000. TM. This must have been on 980, according to the dates.

The one I heard was:
“You’re on The Team, Sports Radio..”
“Sports Radio (bed) The Team”
“The Redskins Station, WTEM”

I recorded the whole thing from Jinglemad Radio, can I put it here.

Also, They used Big Time 2000? Do you have it? And also, WTNT (at 570, after WTEM moved to 980) had Big Time 2000: http://tophour.com/audio/Washington%20DC/am0570_2009-08_wtnt_wharms.mp3

That TOH is the TM jingle for WTNT. I have the jingle, but not the package and that was on 570, not 980, after the frequency swap, my mistake.
The JAM package was on 570, WTEM.
I am not familiar with the specific jingle you mentioned although I have only heard JAM jingles on 570 WTEM, so that would be my guess.

Turns out some of these cuts are from TM Century’s XTRA Sports, used for KXTA Los Angeles (was once KIIS-AM 1150, now AM 1150 The Patriot).
