Mark has a long and distinguished radio and jingle history, from early ILR here in Scotland at Radio Forth and Radio Clyde,
through “the man who plays the best music” at Radio One, to regular stand-in “safe pair of hands” at Radio Two.

And the huge amount of jingles now heard in many places in the UK (including Radio Two) and abroad from his own
jingle company Wise Buddah.

So here’s best wishes for him having a speedy recovery :^)

Sorry to hear – I remember him having some jingles during his time on Radio 1 but (since I don’t have them) I can’t remember whether they were JAM or in-house productions……….

When I first listened to BBC Radio 1FM back in the early 90’s, he was one of the 1st
DJ’s I heard, and few I liked.
The first show I heard him on was The Mega Hits, week day’s 6 till 6:30.
I loved his Jingle, He’s The Man Who’s Got The Best Music!
He always sounds good on any show at any time of day!
