Wise Buddah has now changed the layout of its site.
March 2, 2006 at 1:55 pm #25672simonbyfI see that they have put all of the breakfast show jingles on the website now too.
I think it has been on here before, but without anything too complicated, how can I download them?
I have tried that temp internet file thing, but it does not work.
Am not very good with computers so looking for a nice simple way please!

Yeah, it’s great to hear the different versions of the breakfast show jingles on the re-vamped site. They’re nice and up-beat – just like they should be! Up there with VibeMI/Music4’s ‘Wasted’ Toolan in the Morning cut! Although, I know the latter wasn’t originally just done as a breakfast cut.
I’m hoping that the new Radio Aire (EMAP, UK) Wise Buddah package will include some of these examples – think they’d go really well “The Simon Logan Breakfast show… Radio Aiirree”
All the jingles go into my temp internet files (on Windows XP) as .wma. Easy to copy for listening to in Windows Media Player later on – or converting to mp3 if you really want to!

March 3, 2006 at 9:19 pm #25678simonbyfThanks a million Mark. Just wish they would put the BRMB ones up (The Big Brum Breakfast), but I think its the only one still in use the same as Southern and Red Dragon. Fox and Power now have different presenters and not sure but think Invicta has really become a GWR station only using sweepers.

The Morning Zoo on Invicta still use those Wise Buddah sweepers. Its the only sweepers and the like on Invicta that havent been changed since the GWR realunch.
That said I have noticed in the past week that Invicta are again using some of the old Capital style sweepers from the 2002/3 Groove Addicts package. They have been revoiced over by Dave Kelly and some other girl though, but the singing of the station name remains. Emma Clarke and the old Capital voiceover bloke are both long gone from Invicta.
