I am looking for this jingle since decades, but I confess I cannot really identify the call letters by the singing.
Norman suggested it may be a W.B. Tanner production.

I heard this jingle on TROS radio, the Netherlands, in the 70s/80s. DJ Ad Roland used it in the opening for his weekly American Top 10 countdown feature within his radio show called Europarade.

      Can anyone help?

It sounds like WANT Richmond, VA. They had Pepper Tanner jingles in the 70’s that were very similar to that cut, although I have never heard that specific cut.
Listen to the Pepper Tanner demo for Enjoy Yourself. There are some WANT cuts on there.
IF this is WANT it may be called Disco ’77. I think David Barras had this package.
I’ve been looking for that myself.

Just to confirm that the jingle in question is for WANT and is cut #1 from Tanner’s “Disco ’77 ID package”.

WANT was an interesting station. There is a longer version of the Enjoy Yourself demo other than what I found on the internet. That demo has other WANT jingles on it. One of them was on the air as TOH, an edited version though. They also used to go off the air at sunset. You never knew what jingle they were going to play leaving the air-jock shouts, TOH, short jingle, etc.
They later brought back PAMS 42 TOH out in the early 80’s. It was the cut that sings the city in the middle of the call letters. It had been edited with the city put at the very end. It sounded good.
