I didn’t figure I’d get much traction on this topic. Some of their jingles are my favorites.
A lot of their demos are country, but I heard their jingles on AC, religious and Hispanic stations also.
Does anyone know if they had a presence in Europe?

Toby’s jingles were hard to come by as they didn’t usually cater to collectors; only serious buyers need reply, as they advertised. I did get up the nerve to visit them in 1989. They were strangely cordial, and did give me some demos. After that it was hit & miss. I like Toby’s work, some of which was written by Tom Merriman, who was there the day I visited. His country stuff was superb!

I heard Toby’s PAMS Resings demo; I wonder if he sold any. Ben F. surely did.

I always liked the WNBC package TA did. Here’s a link to check out some Toby Arnold jingle demos.

These are great. He had lots of pkgs that I saw in the back room of his studios. Plenty of country stuff. I treat the demos I received like solid gold. The WNBC pkg (Super Star Radio) was done in two versions: where they sing “WNBC”, and “66NBC”.
