Thanks for a great montage David. I was expecting to hear the CNFM versions of the Hereward FM Madision Avenue cuts. When I heard that first 'New PLJ' cut I knew it was a different set of rsesings – probably later than the Madision Avenue cuts (which were on air c1992).

I remember Radio Aire FM (Leeds, UK) having a resing of the same 'New PLJ' cut (from the start of the montage) in their 1994 TM Package.

Thanks guys and I know what you mean about the “shoehorn” singing Michael !

I think the singing on the TOTH cut fits okay and since Christmas is just around the corner, have the TOTH cut on me…

David, CNFM used these jingles from Sept 1993 up to August 1994 when GWR took over the Mid Anglia group of stations inc Hereward and KLFM. All 3 stations used them, here is the off air montage of the KLFM ones. Any ideas where i can find a clean copy?

Thanks Mattbee for the info…AND thanks for directing me to the KLFM download, enjoyed hearing them. Hoepfully KLFM and CNFM might appear on the new TM in The UK C.D. volume 1.

Actually, they don't. However, I've posted the FOUR new selections available through Media Preservation Foundation. I won't get the full announcement out to the email crowd for at least a few days… but in the mean time, check out http://www.jingles.org/tm.htm for a complete catalog of our JonesTM offerings.
