We’ve started adding audio to The Jingle Ark, launching officially on May 1st

Today we’ve added a whole stack of classic TV themes and idents, a great full package from EMIson, plus the classic Luxembourg package from Way Audio Productions . . . .

Check it out and watch out for more great audio between now and launch day!

I’m confused…

What would be on Jingle-Ark, compared with Jinglemad.com and Radio-Ark? Is there any link between Jingle-Ark and Radio-Ark or are the names coincidental?

And couldn’t there just be one big site with it all on?

Why is it called “jingle-ark”? What does the Ark bit mean and how does it relate to our favourite short tunes?!

TV-ark is for, er, well . . .

Radio Ark *should* be for well, er . . .

So Jingle Ark *might* be for, well, er . . . . ah yes mother.

Since you have already confessed to being a non-collector . . . . it would be difficult to explain to you why I want my own little corner of jingleland all for myself.

Stacey . . . I think you’ll find they are *my* favourite short tunes. Though if you want shares to enable them to be *ours* – i’m open to offers. No naked mud-wrestling pigs though.

How rude of me. Thanks for posting that David. Did the Alfasound top of the hour get used or was that part of the “Alfasound audition”. Notice it was exactly the same one that Eagle Cambridge used – though not with the 104.7 Minster FM sing obviously…

The audition news track was used, for a year or so 98/99 time, until they used the news 2000 theme.

Though if they paid any licensing fee is anyones guess . . . .

You will start to notice that some of the audio featured at The Jingle Ark will also be appearing within the download section of Jingle Mad, therefore enabling a wider audience to enjoy the material.

Yes, theres new audio coming too.

We also have a new section on The Jingle Ark launching any day now – Paper Play . . . . and again we’ll be mirroring this at Jingle Mad downloads, so watch both spaces!

24th November – update includes a consolidated new section – US Classics – bourne from the Continental page. The In-Store in now a section on it’s own, too.

Also a few items added to the Paper Play section.
