Jingleweb from The Netherlands revived its Pepper & Tanner photo page today. Check out the company’s history in over 150 photos of the jingles singers (in choirs called Peptones and Pepperwills and others), the studio’s and the Tanner products. Learn about Ronnie Tutt, drummer of Elvis and session leader in the early days of the Pepper Sound Studios. Sound engineer Mark Goodman made us a map of all the small buildings in which Tanner housed the staff and the jingle departments. New custom jingles were developed in the former Ritz theatre in Poplar Avenua in Memphis. It is on: http://www.jingleweb.nl/index.php/w-b-tanner/

Fascinating! The company was as colorful as its jingle boxes. Great reading. Thanks to all who put this together.
