Shelby has a first generation Kindle…

Perry has a second generation Kindle and an iPad…

I have the Samsung Tab 2 7.0… but am wishing I’d held out for the Tab 3, which is about to be released.

I bought it strictly because I do NOT carry a smart phone. Sprint wants to jack my rates up by almost $50US a month to add a data plan.

I use it for eMail… Google Calendar… and my TO DO list… period. While it has a bunch of other features and apps available, I’ve yet to install (and use) them.

I have two kindles, the first and hd versions of the “fire”. The HD version I use for watching video and general e mail when not at home. I also use it for downloading e books

We have an iPad but it is only used for email and web browsing by the non anorak members of my family. I very occasionally use it to look at this site if my studio is not powered up and the TV goes to commercials……

I bought 3 Blackberry Playbooks for my wife and two daughters .. that means I get almost exclusive use of the laptop for my anorak indulgence :-bd

I have an ipad but use it for email, twitter, fb ( I don’t like the linkedIn app ) and watching tv shows / fils on long trips. Limited jingle usage – well non really.
