Have they had some new ones?
Only I hear some slightly different ones, after the news they have 'The listening figures have been released' and there is a sung jingle thats very different to the current ones, also they have changed the 'Your life, Your music' to 'Love life, love music' when doing the TOTH but its not changed on the websites.
They new ones could be Bespoke but don't sound it, the vocals are too strong sounding.

The Stations Web site is a Mess – Half of the banners have Your Life , Your Music
the rest have Love Life , Love Music
The Jingles from Bespoke well I have never been a Fan and changing one word has not changed my mind
along with the fact that most of the evenings output sounds automated !May 6, 2008 at 1:14 am #59100malexanderI agree the sites are a mess, the evenings in Glasgow are automated I think, as they dont have the presenter at the TOTH, they have a voiceover.
This what was played out after the 2am news

May 8, 2008 at 12:01 am #59137whisperWhat a shame if they start automation. They already network Mark Goodier, maybe they'll think nobody notices its not from Nottingaham. Its not fair to rubbish Bespoke, because we all know they've done some good stuff in the past, for Real Radio, Spire etc. I hate to say this, but the station IDs they use on Smooth–East Midlands are a mega let down, to say the least. I cant believe any one would buy something this dry and bland, especially when you consider whats out there. I think if he/she had given the job more attention, and worked with Bespoke a little closer, maybe they would have had something half decent. The Dallas Jingle houses have mountains of stuff that would have worked a treat here. The person who ordered them should start listening to some JAM and TM demos for their homework.
May 8, 2008 at 5:46 am #59145JingleMadMemberThey test music we know ..and they will tell you one bad song and the listeners will turn off… so you have a chunk of great music in the format and you get a Bespoke station jingle .. the singing is poor .. isnt that a turn off also ..
Also bad jingles refelect on the station..why use a poor USA product copy to sell your company on air
I hope they start to use Jones across all formats now..

I think that sounds cool. The singing's nice and husky with a sexual quality to it. Maybe that's what they want – sex always sells.
