Bit of an experiment this one. I thought it might be interesting to see how classic jingles mixed with songs of the present. So here are some Positron cuts segued into (badly edited) contemporary songs. See what you think. Is a classic jingle always a classic, or does it start to sound dated against modern music production?

If you order a resing of those jingles today, you receive a much more “modern” sounding vocal group. Some of the members of that group (3 of them) probably recorded those POSITRON jingles way back then, but they can – and do – work well at imaging stations today, 30 years later. The instrumentation of some of the tracks sounds dated, but a POSITRON shotgun will transition well between any song in any format today with impact and class.
Did I say I was a JAM fan?

I thought the Jammin 105 New York stuff that JAM did was fantastic.

Okay, I’m getting into this. Here’s the Express Pack cut to some, er, very cheesy 70s songs …
