Weren’t the Twin Kisses supposed to debut today?
July 15, 2004 at 1:24 am #24066bulger23That’s what the advance PR stated. I never believe projection dates.
I suspect, just like any other big company, they want to make a big fanfare of the product delivery.
I guess we’ll have to be patient.

I have heard a few of the cuts earlier this week for 102.7 KIIS FM (LA), and they sound very good
July 20, 2004 at 8:02 am #24076NickySMemberOk I understand there’s been a short delay as all the LA cuts haven’t yet been approved by the big Kiss bosses – you can understand why Reelworld would want the clients to be happy before they post them online for all of us to hear. And it maybe that the Boston package isn’t quite finished. Afterall Reelworld have done a hell of a lot of work in the last few months … you only have to look at all the new audio online now to see that.
July 23, 2004 at 9:05 pm #24092bulger23Reel World Update: CHR Powerhouse KIIS FM L.A.’s new package is on the air. As the two Nashville packages, all the audio for KIIS is on their front page.
Impressive. Take a listen and decide for yourselves.

July 24, 2004 at 9:11 pm #24100jkubiakThe cuts of KISS LA that I have heard so far are great! I think this package will rise up to the top with the rest of their CHR packages that they have done.
I cant wait to hear KISS Boston 2004
July 25, 2004 at 1:01 am #24101kcmikeIt’ll sell well for sure, it’s a great update for those using Kiss Dallas ’03. And the Legal is the best cut.
But I wasn’t that impressed.
There are no elements in the package that we haven’t heard before. I guess I’ve come to expect the unexpected from our s-s-stuttering friends at Reelword.
August 12, 2004 at 3:44 pm #24140JingleMadMemberIt is also worth noting that Hallam FM in Sheffield have just got new Reelworld cuts -“the fresh sound of KISS Seattle 2004”.
More detials on http://www.reelworld.com
August 12, 2004 at 11:55 pm #24142JamesGActually, the new Hallam ones are not that good i’m agraid to report.
Firstly, they are not that clearly sung… use lots of that computery type voice where the melody blends in with it so you can’t understand what they’re saying….
secondly – on the Kiss cuts where “Seattle” is sung at the end… they’ve replaced it with “Haaalllaaaammm”….
so some of the cuts go “Hallam FM…. Haalllaaaam”…
and errrr….
it just sounds stupid!
August 17, 2004 at 6:55 pm #24149MartinSHeard some of the Hallam FM cuts this weekend – fairly impressive stuff.
Not so sure about the “Hallam FM…. Haalllaaaam” thing though, perhaps they should of sung “Hallam FM…. Sheffield” or “Hallam FM…. Yorksher” ??
All the same, it’s good to hear sung straplines as well as the station name. I can honestly say that I’m more impressed with the Hallam FM and radio aire Reelworld re-sings than with the 96.9 Viking FM custom package.
