Since YouSendIt set files to delete after 7 days and to limit total downloads, use of this area of the website has declined.

They claim to offer a file upload size of up to 50MB, and to keep your file forever as long as there is at lesat 1 download per month. No upper limit either on number of files uploaded or number of downloads per file.
As a bonus, they claim to be the fastest upload service around.
