this morning i did something very unusaul for me, I tuned my radio to R1, to listen to the golden hour, Ok slightly changed format from how I remember – But Oh What A Joy, To Hear Those Jingles We Love, Used In Their Proper Context – I hope Mr Moyles carries on the tradition when the 40th Birthday Celebrations are over – Its the way Radio is meant to be

Here is an aircheck I recorded before I went on holiday. It's taken from Chris Moyle's show on Mon 17th Sept where he was talking about the old jingles and John Wells. I can't believe that I was also tuning into to R1 then for the first time in I don't know how many years (probably the first time this millenia!).
