I think they’re doing a simple, “Radio Brasil Central” sing here.

Not the greatest quality, but this was recorded over the air about 7500 miles away from their 7500 Watt transmitter on 11815kHz.

Its a public radio station from Goiás state in brazil. The jingle sings “Brasil central special”.
