I have a quick question for all the MP3 Experts

I have just purchased an MP3 player with a view to copy my favourite Jingles from my PC to my MP3 player

I have made up various folders

      JAM

      TM

      Personal Cuts

The thing is the cuts that have orignaly been copied from C.D to MP3
even though I have re named the tracks they are still listed as
      Unknown Album

What I need to do is change the name from Unknown Album to a title

      IE JAM Zworld

      or TM Swingfire

but not sure how to do this as right clicking on Properites only gives you the option to change the summery info

      Any Ideas

      Thanks

      Martin

Does it give you the option to change the ‘Ablum Title’ when you this? All your usually have to do is click in the white space opposite ‘Album Title’ and type what you want.

You can also do this is Windows Media Player and iTunes in their tag editors.

          Thanks

          One other question

Do I have to do this one by one for each Jingle in the folder or is it possible to change the name of all the cuts in the folder that is listed as unknown album to say JAM 1986

          Martin

It should work by just highlighing all the files you want to be from the same ‘album’ right-click on then go to properties and name the album whatever you want and all the selected files will show up as being from that album then.
