I have to say that there’s a BIG box of old cassettes here from the 1980s, 1990s, early 2000s of me doing something very similar
with radio/cassette recorders, especially from summer holidays in France (Brittany, Loire valley, Paris, etc and the big one
The Grand Tour in 2002 – audio from that I’ve posted on JM before)

As well as loads of UK stations while working around various parts of the country – sadly virtually all of those UK stations no longer
exist having been subsumed into only just about two overseas-owned networks :'( )
