Used to be at this time of year, jingle collectors would feverishly scan their disks for
Christmas cuts to compile a cheery “Seasonal” offering.

So far, on-air I’ve heard only ONE Christmas jingle, the several years old Radio Two one.

Commercial radio still in “Groundhog Day plus Now Its Christmas Volume 823 of the same 20 desperately tired songs in a different order”.

Yes I agree…SKY Radio have always had the BEST Jingles since Day One (Even better before they went Dutch and I could understand the lyrics!)

For the record Pete, I think they have only ever sang the frequencies in Dutch; a practice that was first heard on the 1995 Top Format/JAM custom “Best of Both Skies” package.
