Great to see the company owned by people who love jingles, respect the heritage, know the market today and want a jingle business. Great respect and admiration for Greg, Chris and Dave. From a huge TM fan and (little) customer. At last the copmany has owners who really care and really “get it”. Chris now has the second largest jingle collection in the world! hahahahaha.

BUT Westwood One (OWNED by “wonderful” Cumulus Media), “will continue to serve as exclusive barter representative”. They’re NOT TOTALLY “free” of the Cumulus “cloud”…

This is excellent news. No more suits calling the shots. Hopefully after the pandemic, we will see a return of iJingles/personal cuts. Mr. Merriman is smiling from the grave.

Creative control falls back to Clancy and Co. WW1 is nothing more than just a sales agent, IMHO. No different than Steve England and JAM.

sincere best wishes. i remember when “TM” stood for both “tom merriman and tim moynhan” (tim better known as jim long).

we await the fruits your talent!

Echoing comments above, I’m very happy this happened. TM has great creative/musical talent involved, and has continued to put out quality jingles, but I was less than thrilled with them being owned by a corporate radio giant like Cumulus/Westwood One. So it’s wonderful to see them back in the hands of people who really care about jingles. Congrats to Greg, Dave, Chris, and the rest of the TM team!
