There's something special about an offair montage, the far from perfect audio quality reminds you just how long ago the recording came from and snippits of DJ's and news headlines from the era add to the nostalgia.

Great montage .. particularly loved hearing the Victory, Southern and 2CR cuts. Living in the Portsmouth area at the time, I had a big aerial on my parents chimney which was great for FM DX-ing. I used to listen to Southern Sound quite a bit .. mainly Timbo and Tommy Boyd in the evenings. Thanks for rekindling the memories.
