I've been working composing the music for some jingles, and i have only 5 years in the radio industry, but this is my first time working with jingles, so any of you can give any advices in the most used audio pluggins or effects in the vocal sounds of jingles in general.

i dont know but the effects in the voices all sounds almost the same to me. i think they used some kind of vocoders in some cases and of course not always they record more than two voices instead they uses chorus and pitch effects pluggins like melodyne for Pro tools.

Another thing is that some of them instead of making real percussions, they used sometimes perc loops, but anyway i appreciate any help or info about this topic.

      thanks

      Paul

        Hi Paul,

I really appreciate when logo melodies are 'placed' well in jingles. That means for example, that you can hear them, but they don't disturb you, like in the first sample with the guitar, or how the words 'the best mix of music' are emphasised by the guitar (sample 2).

Also the melody can 'play' along fills, like in sample 3 (the sax does the work here).

Always make the music impressive, it works!

ReelWorld told me that they always produces a 2-3 voice sound so as to be different than Jam or TM, for example.

They use a vocotter to make the package cuts echo and if anybody can give me a sampal cut that would be great!

Well! I would like to give you some tricks for creating jingles. You can produce your jingle in different ways. I would like to give you some suggestions. When you are creating a jingle, first you have to use guitar and piano because these sounds attract a lot.

            pray for me………

thanks marc, cody and greenfin for your replys, i was kind of out of internet for a while, because of travelling issues.

I appreciate a lo all your comments, So far i'll put some useful
              things i've learned.

1-create good logo melodies. create catchy tunes.
2-The exact number of voices most used in jingles, are two voices :
              One male and one female.
3-Vocoder is a essential tool in most jingles, i like ELS vocoder(any other? )
4-Piano and guitar instruments are very popular when recording jingles.

Any other share will be welcome.

              thanks so far.
