I think in scotland we have a reputation for some of the worst jingles in the country!

to be fair you have had some of the best – the Clyde Jingles have been pretty good I especially like the Reelworld, JAM, and Groove addicts jingles plus the Radio Forth Great Music Radio jingles are in my top three all time list!!!!

but there were a few dogs too -and a few current dogs!!

well you scotland has the best and worst of jingles – but the word “worst” is harsh, let’s just say “uniquely creative” jingles.

Perhaps not the worst because when Jingle Mad first started, I posted a montage of jingles from a radio station in Hawaii, which I described as the “worst” jingles ever. Ironically, the montage was one of the most downloaded on Jingle Mad at that time.

I have most of the Moray Firth stuff on tape. I’ll encode it tonight if I remember.

It is certianly a pack that’s not going to win an Ivor Novello award.. And would out-do the largest cheese counter in England but it has a unique .. charm
