              I don't know who that female VO is however she has voiced some JAM demos including Continuous Coast, Crescent City Moonlight, All for Christmas, Christmas Collection, It's Nice….. the list goes on!

                I believe the female VO for those demos you've quoted is Pamela Steele.Correct me if I'm wrong.

                  The voice of Hyperlink -oh,and she did the Talon promos for 96.4 The Eagle too !
