One more for today. I’ve got more waiting in the wings…

These were custom for KGO-AM, San Francisco in 1983. I wished I remembered the production company when I had the master in my hands, but it’s been 20 years. What I do remember, is that they were in California, and not a radio jingle company. These were dubbed from the master reel to DAT, then to CD.

Not nearly as fancy as the KCBS jingles of the same era, but still a bold news open in cut 1.

If I recall these KGO’s are by Music Source, a Mike Berlin creation, prior to Reel World.

Music Source was the package after this one. These were done in Southern California somewhere.

I goofed on start year. Should be 1985.
