The 1997 custom package was one of the last to pass out of the doors of that famous converted school in Ashton-On-Mersey – yep,it was by Alfasound (or to be precise, Alfa as they were by that time).

It can be found on the Alfa Collector Tape 28 (I think)…and was used up until it’s replacement by Reelworld cuts a few years later.

it’s not on collector tape 28.there is key 103 ’94 on volume 27…but i seem to remember a key 103 package on collector cd 29 or 30.it’s stored away so im trying to remember from memory(!).

You may be right with Vol 29 or 30,however – as I mentioned,it was around the same time as such custom packages as “More Than Music”,”Essential Rhythym”,and “LA Connection”

It was definately 30. I was lucky enough to get a copy of 29 (Sanyu FM, Lincs FM ’97 etc).

Unfortunately, they went into liquidation just as I’d saved up for 30 (was a poor student at time). Had really wanted 30 becuase I loved the Key103 Key103 TotH at that time!

Still – that TotH was nowhere near as great without the Brian James voiceover to bring it to life.
