Three Ken R. Deutsch jingle-oriented articles, originally written for Radio World, have been added to JingleSamplers.com.

They are “The Golden Age Of Jingles” “Got A Jingle Question?” and “JAM Makes Jingles All The Time.” Links are on the main page at JingleSamplers.com.

More jingle-related articles have been added to JingleSamplers.com: “The Bill Meeks Pulse Maker Interview,” “Jingle Pioneer Bill Meeks Dies,” “Saving Private PAMS Collection,” “Behind The Scenes In Jingleland” and “Remembering Johnny Mann.” We also added more images to the Home and Photos pages.

while the articles ARE “interesting”, how about some Jingle Samplers? After all, that IS the name of the web-site…:)

I thought the articles were really interesting especially about rescuing the PAMS tapes!

And there already is lots great jingle audio and samplers on the website.

More jingle-related articles from the late 30s to the late 90s were added today at JingleSamplers.com, including a 1999 Dallas Morning News piece about Jon Wolfert and JAM. You’ll also find a 1972 guide on how to buy jingles for your radio station, the story on how classic PAMS tracks were used by Toby Arnold to make “The Production Bank”, a 1939 story about the inventor of the Sonovox, and a 1986 interview with “Jingle Guy” Ben Freedman.
