KDKA Pittsburgh was the USA’s first “proper” commercial radio broadcaster, rather than “experimentals”,
from November 2nd 1920, still going strong today, and they’re celebrating their 100th birthday next week.

And of course, one of the original “east of the Mississippi” K-calls to be allowed to be retained.
Unfortunately, their website is geo-blocked to UK access at present…
