Sounds catchy, got that KIIS FM vocals, and interesting sonic logo, but… Is it really from RW?

That’s indeed the cut I heard. Yes, quite a different sonic logo. I’m not certain they are in fact ReelWorld, but they’re my best guess at the moment.

Don’t know who made the jingle (my first guess was RW), but they have a Soundcloud channel with old shows.

Now, REALLY–WHO goes to Wal-Mart to LISTEN to a Radio Show? Although I must admit, by the time you have “checked out” you probably COULD have listened to a 30 minute Radio Show..

They also have Sams Club Radio with similar ReelWorld cuts.. Walmart has been doing their own in house radio for years. I am not sure if they still do it, but the burger chain Sonic also has their own “Sonic Radio”. And of course, there used to be “Radio Top Shop” in the UK.

Correct, Michi.
I once heard a Hallam FM cut from Reelworld resung for a hypermarket chain in Indonesia, Hypermart. Of course, they had their own radio station, known as ‘Hyper Radio’, but it’s not really as good as what Walmart Radio offered. Mostly just a few promotions and a few… “Muzak”. Not as good.

Also, I think Asda had something similar with Asda FM, and it got some cuts from S2Blue.
