Just wondered if anyone else has video footage of jingle sessions…..I`m in the process of transferring from VHS to DVD – here`s some of the stuff I`ve got:

JAM – Paul Bearsley session and a look around the JAM studios with Jon Wolfert mixing a music bed – great video this one (thanks to Pete Wilson)

JAM – 96 Lite Fm (Edmonton) session and stacking the vocals

JAM – Metro FM video of Metroline carts in the main studio
JAM – GNR – video of studio & carts
JAM – Bruno Brookes talks about the new JAM jingles “Britains Favourite Radio One” 1987 – one of the first UK stations to have jingles on CD !

I’ve got bits ‘n pieces of my CPMG/PAMS session from May 1988 on VHS. They were singing cuts for me; Flannigans (merchant); and a few others. It’s raw footage, but I should transfer it to DVD.

I have seen a bit of footage of the JAM – Beacon Radio KIIS’90 session and it was quite surreal watching it.

I think there are one or two copies flying around somewhere!

I’ve got the Thompson Creative Promo Video from about 11 years ago…

It was sent to me as an extra when I ordered a load of collectors tapes from Barry Charnley …and takes pride of place next door to my jingles tapes/CD’s ….

Has anybody thought about making these jingle clips available – as I’d love a copy of anything like that …

However, let it be said that the acting isn’t that good! The shot of them singing with their hands on their headphones springs to mind!

Yes thanks to David Barras there will be a new video section opening on Ark in the coming weeks + plus I have a few radio-related clips that Si Hirst sent me a while back which I’ll ask him for permission to post.

I plan to get some stuff up on Ark by the first week of May – I know that seems a long way off, but it only “seems” that.

However – I *may* be able to get some bits done over Easter.
