Hello,

I've woken up to find myself bombarded with emails from “JingleLight.ning.com”… which seems to want to be Facebook and Jinglemad all in one.

Any idea what it is, and whether it's worth pursuing with? I wish I'd been asked if I wanted to be signed up, rather than being signed up without being told anything about it.

And they used a horrible photo of me!!

Anyone know what's going on with it?

i've just googled “JingleLight.ning” and it didn't throw up anything.in fact the search thought i might have meant “JungleList.ning”
sounds like it's a dodgy site maybe?

Looks like someone has set up a social network of their own (ning.com allows you to do this) and then manually added a bunch of people.

Great idea, but its been done before. Ahem.

This is getting annoying. I've now had TWO colleagues saying “So what's this jingle thing you've invited me to?”… even though I've not invited anyone to anything.

Anyone know who's running this?

Oh, and Mary B Adams is a real person – she looks after the international sales for JonesTM and is based in Europe. She's really cool.

I'm guessing it's a creation of RadioJingles.co.nr. I heard he was working on some community site?

Phew! So far, I'm safe – maybe because I'm not on facebook. They saw the picture and canceled the account!
Agree with you Chris – it's a violation of your identity and freewill.
