As I indicated 6 months ago, The Jingle Network will be launching a 24 hour rolling jingle news “radio” service.

This will be happening within the next few weeks.

Up to date, informative rolling jingle news to listen on demand any time you like.

Watch this page for the launch – http://www.thejinglenetwork.info/jingleradio

Here's looking forward to a great jingle year in 2010 !!

Uh, are you serious? Is it going to be like the Jingle News podcasts, but longer? I am going to have weird jingle dreams after the official launch!

lol no . . . it'll be kept to about 15 – 20 minutes in duration, and as new items are added, older ones will be removed

So does this mean the podcast is going then?

Ahhh yes this would be a great idea :) The podcast was a little quiet over Xmas, maybe rightly so being that time of year and let's face it I'm thinking it can't all be go, go, go in the jingle world so David's idea would do nicely :)

The podcast is staying. We have no plans at all to discontinue that because it is really aimed at radio professionals and we will continue to email it out and send CD's each month to as many radios stations as we can.

Just to clarify a bit further – each news item will be recorded seperate and placed into the playlist. The as new items are added, old ones will be removed, hence the rolling format.

Anyone that adds us to their twitter will know when a new item has been added . . . . http://www.twitter.com/jinglenetwork
