I made this video for my daughter and me to celebrate our visit to JAM in Dallas in 2007. We met Jon and the JAM team; toured the studios; had 11 cuts recorded and mixed; and enjoyed spending time with Jon, Mary Lyn, Brian and the 7-voice vocal group + Mike Collier. I wanted to share this with the JingleMad community because you will ‘get it’ I also have a few jingles in here from a couple of stations I worked for and that I saw the reference tapes for in the JAM vault.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to you & yours!

Thanks for posting.December 23, 2020 at 9:24 pm #105716Jeffrey T. MasonMemberTerry-
Thank you so much for sharing that video! I’ve been lucky to spend time at the Jingle Palace and know just how exciting it is for radio geeks like us. Your jingles sound great (obviously), but what really blew me away was your video prod skills! LOVED what you did with that WBBO logo. VERY cool stuff.
I got to Greenville SC not too long after WBBO flipped country. I was the first night jock at B93.7 when it went CHR in ’95. Sorry we never met! I would have loved a radio/jingle buddy in the upstate.
Merry Christmas!
December 23, 2020 at 11:47 pm #105717twillinghamMemberAuthorThanks Jeffrey T. It would’ve been an honor to meet you. I admire your personal jingles. I look forward to your JM posts. I actually was listening to some of your air checks last week and found one from B93.7. I spent a few months there around 1993 when the station was formatted and branded as Oldies 93.7. Anthony Keller was there and stayed through at the switch to B93.7. I grew up in Spartanburg and Anderson and listened to WFBC for many years and through a number of format changes.
I moved to the Atlanta area over 29 years ago. Wow. Time.
I love the attitude in your custom cuts and of course the JAM jingles shiny and new again.
Happy Holidays to you!December 24, 2020 at 1:49 am #105718Jeffrey T. MasonMembertwillingham;c-75109 wrote:I actually was listening to some of your air checks last week and found one from B93.7.My apologies! I was pretty rough 25 years ago.

He even made it onto my aircheck! Those four months felt like an eternity!!! lol

December 25, 2020 at 3:15 pm #105719Tracy CarmanMemberGreat production! Thank you for sharing. It was my plan to bring my kids to Dallas this year, but covid killed THAT idea. As many times as I’ve been to JAM since the mid-nineties, it’s never been when they were doing a session. I’ve been to many elsewhere…
Thanks again for sharing…
December 26, 2020 at 11:40 am #105720rock_n_richieMemberThat was great Terry! Someday I’m hoping to get to Dallas to visit JAM & TM, would love to see a session take place as well. Thanks for sharing the video.
