And as for the quote above, come on Geoff. Dig the master out man. Forget the head teacher job for a week or two. Throw a sicky and get uploading.November 2, 2009 at 10:38 pm #70959ratnob
MemberIt's with Mr Barras who is now officially the Keeper of the Ratnob Jingle Archive. I hadn't realised it was so special until his reaction when the box of tapes arrived.

Cheers Ratnob…
What`s good about KJUL from a jingle collector`s point of view is that they seem to play-out the complete jingle, no tight mixing into the next song.

MemberYes – which is especially welcome as the music is pretty awful!

between KJUL and KQOL, when it comes to jingles, they're both good, but when it comes to music, i'd much prefer KQOL “cool 93.1” however, since it's gone, there's no choice, i just listen to KJUL because of it's great jingles from jam! a great jam collectors item i think!

ooooooooooooooooh! i was looking on the rvirginia radio archives under ronoke, under WSLQ's “latest jingles” there appeared jam's q packages. i'm not sure, come to think, i've been air-surfing for some jam or other stations with jingles coming out of dallas!
December 24, 2009 at 7:15 am #71739tyty21
i'm having a little luck with that, i've found most that are on this list, and some aren't i think i heard a jingle from jam on WVLT, Vineland, NJ, using one of jam's “kool” packagess.

Another station from NJ is now using JAM since changing format after Christmas. WEZW, Easy 93.1 is using KOST material. http://www.easy931.com/
December 29, 2009 at 1:07 pm #71814tyty21
for WVLT, the jock cut, is that jam, if so, what package was that, even if it wasn't jam.
