Issues with contacting JAM/PAMS

      I’m sure many of you have already experienced the problem of JAM/PAMS not coming back to you long after you contacted them.

      I experienced this months ago when trying to order 2 chants from JAM, and most recently when trying to order a jingle from PAMS.

      Could they be very busy, and unable to answer any contacts from people like us?

        Did you read the e-mail message we immediately sent you? It said:

        Thank you for contacting us about JAM or PAMS jingles. We appreciate your interest. Please be advised that Personal Cuts are produced on a time-available basis, so we only accept those orders when we foresee sessions on the schedule which would enable us to produce them. Your email has been delivered but there may be a delay before you receive a reply. Thanks for your patience.

              Hi Jon:
              I contacted you TWICE–first time right after your 50th Anniversary to order a jingle–the SECOND time (still No response) about 2 months after to “tweak” the jingle order. Still No response. I “get” the “scheduling” aspect–it’s the “No responses” that leave me wondering.
