Obviously you didn’t look as far as my Jingle Site (See Cassette List Cassette #514)

Ah thanks. I’m not going mad then!

Do you know which Capital package they were from by any chance?

I’ve no idea as they are on cassette and I haven’t got round to converting them yet…But I’m Sure Dave W will know on here! 😉

But you can hear the far superior JAM Package (From their launch in Oct 1992) here;-

They are re-sings of the Capital ’93 package. I believe they were produced by Who Did That Music? in 1995.

The Island FM JAM items are on (one of) the Alfasound demo cassettes.

I have a brief aircheck cassette of the station from summer holidays in the Channel islands in 1994 (and 1999),
with Island blasting out the Z100 logo and the “you no longer need to feel embarrassed!” sweepers.

However, anything “in the clear” out there perhaps?

@cp2020 I think these are the Who Did That Music? jingles you are talking about from 1995:

Great stuff, Mark. Nice Xmas cut, too. I find hearing rare British Isles & CI Who Did That Music packages more interesting than JAM resings of the day.

Just as an aside, we know that Channel 103 and Island FM had JAM resings,
and earlier BBC Radio Jersey and Radio Guernsey had Alfasound resings (legally as the islands
are not actually part of the UK for Copyright / exclusivity purposes, just Crown dependencies),
but did either of those BBC stations ever have JAM or indeed TM material?

I must admit I did love the harmonies on the “MY” Package (even though it wasn’t produced in Dallas!) 😉
Does anybody have any examples of this package re-sung for UK Stations please?

Invicta Supergold had some My 102.5 resings. I’ll see if I’ve got any examples.

Fantastic, cheers Mark. These sounded great on Guernsey in the sunshine. Nice to see tho old WDTM logo too!

I think they must have had a 1997 top up package too then, as they definitely had a re-sing of Cut 13 ‘#1 In London’. The Capital version is at about 15:00 in on this video.

Hi Mr F……. Did you find any “My” resings? (Before this thread slips off the bottom!)

Thanks for posting that Invicta Supergold montage David……
I’m guessing WDTM must have had UK Representation as that doesn’t sound like the US Singers to me?
The original “My 102.5” Package was beautiful (The harmonies were up there with the Dallas Sound) even though they were sung in Santa Monica, California?
The Bass Guy on this package was fantastic whoever he was…
Taking this thread completely sideways and off the page…Does anybody have any versions of the WDTM “My 102.5” Package sung for other stations around the world? 🙂
