It’s an alfasound/JAM custom package which was used in the early nineties

As you mentioned the Pirate FM bit,it means its that well known JAM package “Right on Q” which has been used by a heck of a lot of other UK stations

Note;Pirate FMs 1st package from alfasound/JAM included Right on Q,Q Cuts,Turbo Z and Yours Truly
