            A very big imaging producer with an open mind.

            Best known for many superb jingles and imaging for WHTZ with JAM and Reelworld.

              To be quite honest I wouldn’t of known who Dave Foxx is/was….
              So was he responsible for commissioning all The great JAM “Z” packages back in its heyday?

                From around the late 80s onwards. He can be heard on the demos for “Turbo Z” and “Power Intros”.

                      I’ve heard of Dave Foxx! I knew he was from Z100 but didn’t realise he’d done stuff for WKTU too.

                        I wasn’t aware of the fact that he was still at Z100 all these years! In roaming the hallways twice in my life with visiting engineering and other staff I never had the opportunity to bump into him, but it was impossible not to hear his work anywhere on the station.

                          And Scott Shannon before that.

                          But we worked closely with Dave on the details. He was/is great.

                            He was also one of the station voices used by ‘The Hot FM’ network from 1991 onwards…complementing the original sweeps from 1989 which featured Charlie Van Dyke and the ‘Chiltern 5’ JAM jingles.
