Hi There Jinglemadders.
I Have Some Jingles On My Hard Drive That Are Real Player Files.
IsThere Any Way Of Cnverting Them To Wave Files.
The Reason Being, When I Burn Them To CD The Bloody Things Will Not Play On A Car Cd Player.
NIGHTMARE.
Any Advise Guys?August 23, 2006 at 5:16 pm #22070kcmikeThe only way I know is to play them, on your RealPlayer while recording them with your editor (Cool Edit, Audition, Acid, etc), then convert the recording to Wave or mp3.

(explosion SFX)August 23, 2006 at 9:06 pm #22077bulger23Take your audio cord and run it from your audio output to your line in. Start recording on Cool Edit or Adobe Audition then play your Real file. As long as your computer is selected in the audio properties for LINE IN, you should record just fine. Hope that helps.

Any Advise Guys?you mentioned that you burnt a CD of your real files? and play them on your “car cd player”?
i see, that youre looking for a software converting real files to wav or mp3 sort of.
the closest way is simultaneously capture your real files on cool edit or aa while on playback. if youre running windows, you must select stereo on the recording mix console of yourpc.
and save them up as wav or mp3 files. and thats when you burn everything! then you can now enjoy listening to jingles while on a ride. though i must admit if you have hard disk full of real format jingles, it will take you forever to capture-record your jingles.
Jingles Sound never this good

You might want to try a program called “switch”
It allows you to convert rm (real media) files to different filetypes like mp3 or in your case wav (Wave files)
