Found this city salute on one of the many ¼ inch tapes I’m archiving and cleaning up. Does anyone know the package, company and station?

(This item is for BossJock and TC – neither of whom will have ever expected to hear this done like this!)

Fortunately, the CJAD Montreal re-sing is in the clear – just need a working reel-to-reel deck (and thats the hard part!)

WVON – PAMS Ballad – Produced 1964. I haven't dug out my copy, but the other versions of the cut (i.e. New York and Buffalo come to mind) run a LOT longer. The distinctive female voice is Jean Oliver. The male soloist at the end of this cut is Dan Alexander.
When I have time, I'll have to pull my copy of this and see if it is the complete cut or the edit you've posted here.
Hope this helps……

:^)One funny note, for all of you paying attention. On the “soloist” version of this TM cut, it's DAN ALEXANDER singing… same as the soloist on the “Chicago my home” cut… but sung 8 years later. I bet no one picked up on that…………
