Does anybody remember this 20 minute or so long jingle/montage done by Capital and played out in the wee hours of New Year’s eve and minutes leading up to 12 midnight?

Does anyone know who made it?

Also does anyone have a good quality copy of it – I taped it but didn’t get the whole thing as you can tell (cuts in at about 18 secs) and also have now lost the tape.

It was a pretty much one off thing, and the clips still send a shiver down my spine when I listen to them.
