      Had the normal newsletter from Brandy today. Been a fan of Brandys stuff for a while now, and yet again they have blown me away!!!

      This is a package done for a station called, Donna! its a Hot AC my type of package! wow… really would love some custom cuts with this!

        I really love Brandy's stuff. I'm a bit of a curmudgeon about a lot of modern jingle packages, but Brandy's stuff is great. Wish a UK station would use them…

            Finally been told how much custom cuts will be! !!!!!! lets just say i wont be getting them done anytime soon. I have never listened to a jingle package as much as this one!! Not even any of the radio 1 packages through the years. Really sad i cant afford it :( boooooooooooo

              I could imaging how much you were quoted Nick.

              Imagine being quoted €9000 for syndicated beds for news, sport and weather from one of the European jingle companies? It has happened!

                Good god!!!
                Im soooo gutted i just cannot put into words. Have listened to the package non stop for the past 3 weeks now and i had it all worded but never expected the quote i got. Should have known really. One day maybe! lol

                  Nick – surely a CUSTOM cut or package WOULD be extremely expensive, as the
                  instrumental track(s) etc would be written & produced completely from scratch!

                  Did you mean you wanted some “re-sings” rather than “bespoke” cuts, as re-sings
                  are far cheaper as they're done over existing tracks. And if “non-broadcast” e.g. as
                  “personal cuts” surely cheaper again?

                  If it was actually for a “re-sing”, are you at liberty to say what you were quoted per cut?

                    The €9000 quote was for the beds from a recent custom from the company. If beds syndicated from a package cost that much I'd hate to think what a sing on top of that would cost.
