One of my favourite liner/sweeper packages in the UK was the Mitch Craig session for Rock FM (circa 1993). I also always liked the combination of Brian James and JAM jingles – a combination that was used by several ILR stations during the 1990s.

I think the combination was Mitch Craig / JJ McKay and JAM. I think Brian James was the voice in the early 90's for Capital FM/ BRMB / Network Chart to replace JR Nelson.
Was JJ McKay the original voiceover for Heart 106.2, also used for Century FM in the North West, Clyde 1 FM, Tay FM, etc ?
