Without a doubt I’d say it’s Topcat, “Tracy Carmen”. I’ve never known someone with such a forensic knowledge of when, how, here (and probably why) jingles were produced. He’s got an incredible collection of PAMS material. See the website: http://www.jingles.org/

I know Jon Wolfert at JAM has an excellent ear for identifying who’s produced what (and even when!).

No harm in dropping him an mp3 clip of the jingle in question and put it to the JAM jury (of 1) for judgement! (mailto: jmw@jingles.com)
