It seems the MOD have slipped up on their UK Armed Forces Day 2015 radio commercials available for download and broadcast as they have the wrong incorrect date of 28th June which should infact be Saturday 27th June instead. The downloads of the commercial on their website still have the wrong date.

I now have copies of the 2015 commercial with the correct date. Anyone requiring the adverts with the correct date for broadcast on air, please let me know.

I hate that advert. I’d rather hear real people voice their support than actors and actresses with over emphasised working class accents. I swear in the studio every time I hear the bloody thing

I agree and after 3 or 4 years it’d be nice to have a new different advert for the event, but it is to publicise a great cause and celebration day for our troops. All stations both TV and Radio running the commercials do so supporting it all for free.

I have contacted the MOD contact who runs the website to correct the error and put the correct commercials on for download but nearly 2 weeks later have had no reply. I got the correct ones in the end indirectly from someone who knew the company that produced the adverts.
