Anyone know what these are? Ex-Alfa (I think)

      Hi all, we used some sort of generic jingles at HR Medway back in the 80s that sound like they’re from Alfasound. Any ideas of the origin? Were they originally cuts from a different station and made generic? https://soundcloud.com/adrian-last/latest-hits-all-for-you-sample

        Sounds like Alfasound Chiltern Radio to me?

          They are indeed Alfasound.
          Those cuts were on the Sung Jingles cassette which was available to buy. It had many more cuts, and mixes of those cuts, on the cassette, too.
          (I’m certain that) they were just re-sings of cuts that were sung for some of Alfasound’s radio station clients.

              Indeed they were. Mainly Chiltern, but TFM/Metro’s news in was also included.
