Star 102.7 in Nevada has changed its name to Fresh 102.7. It looks like the Fresh 102.7 in New York.

Speaking of Fresh New York, the CBS owned AC station has been airing jingles for a quite a while now. Any idea on who did the jingles? Their's only had the frequency “102.7” sung.

Fresh New York is airing JAM jingles. You can see the stations logo appearing in the 'On The Air' box in the right corner on the JAM demo site. I think the audiodemo will be ready soon…

As I understood Fresh is consulted by Gary Berkowitz, he's a long time JAM fan and did a lot of succesfull projects in Detroit (Q95, WNIC) and other markets before…

I'm looking forward to hearing the demo to this package. I was listening to Fresh online a month or two back and liked what I heard, I think I'm right in saying at least one cut is based on/is a rework of one from JAM's “Heartbeat” package.

@RjM: that's right, they used a few beds like the traffic bed. I recognized it because I used it on air a couple of years over here.

JAM's Heart 106.2-package was one of the most popular syndicated packages in Europe in the late 90s – very poppy and bright cuts.

That definitely is a cut from the Heart 106.2 package JAM put out… it's a general ramp from the package…
